CNIB RULES OF PLAY FOR 50/50 RAFFLE DRAW

RULES OF PLAY FOR DRAW # 1,2,3 License # 10825

1. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to play.

2. Tickets will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.

3. Tickets can be purchased at any of the 72 CNIB Lottery Centres throughout Ontario and the CNIB Head Office located at 1929 Bayview Ave, Toronto On or from the website CNIB5050.ca. The sales and draws will operate as follows:

Draw #1 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 9:00 am on May 1, 2019 to May 26, 2019 until 9:00 pm. Draw to take place on May 27th, 2019 at 11:00 am. This draw will have a guaranteed prize of $25,000. When the ticket sales exceed $50,000 the winning prize will be half of the sales.

Draw #2 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on May 27th, 2019 to July 1nd, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on July 2, 2019 at 11:00am. This draw will have a guaranteed prize of $50,000. When the ticket sales exceed $100,000 the winning prize will be half of the sales.

Draw #3 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on July 2nd, 2019 to July 28th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on July 29th, 2019 at 11:00am. This draw will have a guaranteed prize of $50,000. When the ticket sales exceed $100,000 the winning prize will be half of the sales.

4. Tickets can be purchased for $5.00 for 3 numbers, $10.00 for 10 numbers, $20.00 for 60 numbers. Debit Cards and cash will be accepted at the Lottery Centres. Purchases can also be made online at CNIB5050.ca with a credit card only purchase.

5. After buying, patrons will be given by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw for that day/game

7. CNIB Gaming Employees, CNIB Contractors associated with the draw are not able to purchase tickets.

8. One cash prize will be awarded for each draw, the winning ticket will be posted on the CNIB5050.ca website and will also be posted on the Video boards at the lottery centre for 1 month.

9. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for.

10. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet and send it to cnib5050.raffle@cnib.ca or call 416-486-2500 extension 7575.

11. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that game. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

12. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will donated to Vision Loss Rehabilitation Ontario, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)

Draw #6 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on September 30th, 2019 to October 27th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on October 28th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.

Draw #7 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on October 28th, 2019 to November 24th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on November 25th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.

Draw #8 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on November 25th, 2019 to December 29th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on December 30th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.

Draw #9 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on December 30th, 2019 to January 26th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on January 27th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.

Draw #10 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on January 27th, 2019 to February 23th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on February 24th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.

Draw #11 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on February 24th, 2019 to March 29th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on March 30th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.

Draw #12 - Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on March 30th, 2019 to March 29th, 2019 until 9:00pm. Draw to take place on April 30th, 2019 at 11:00am. This Draw will be a 50/50 draw whereby the winner will win half of the sales from the draw.
